The Blue Nile House is a small complex with 12 apartments, located in a rural area, about 20 minutes' walk from the village of El Beirat on the west bank of the Nile. The numerous attractions of Thebes West are located only a few minutes away, while the center of Luxor on the east bank can be reached in about ten minutes by water taxi. Shopping facilities are available in various mini-markets in the village of El Beirat, where there is also an ATM. Water taxis are also available there around the clock.

Located approximately 200 meters from the banks of the Nile and surrounded by lush green fields, the Blue Nile House is an oasis of tranquility. Guests will find a pool open all year round and free Wifi. Breakfast and dinner are served in a small communal lounge or by the pool (including local beer and, on request, local wine). The owner is always courteous and takes very good care of the guests.

The accommodations at Blue Nile House are spread over three floors (no elevator available). There is a choice of ten 60 m² apartments with one bedroom (double bed) and two 90 m² apartments with two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds). The accommodation is air-conditioned and has a living room with seating area and flat-screen TV as well as a kitchenette with electric kettle, fridge and a stovetop. There is also a dining table. All apartments have their own bathroom with shower/WC and a balcony.
