The Flamingo Boutique Hotel is a family-run complex with 12 accommodations, located on the northern edge of the village of El Beirat, on the west bank of the Nile. The numerous landmarks of Thebes West are only a few minutes away, while the center of Luxor on the east bank can be reached in about ten minutes by water taxi. Shopping facilities are available in various mini-markets in the village, where there is also an ATM.

The hotel is located about 800 meters from the banks of the Nile in a quiet area, surrounded by lush green fields. It has a large lobby with seating areas, a furnished roof terrace with an in-house restaurant serving breakfast and dinner (including local beers and, on request, local wines) and a pool that is open all year round. The location in a rural area brings you into close contact with the local farmers and provides an authentic view of life around the Nile. Wifi is available throughout the property free of charge.

The 11 double rooms at the Flamingo Boutique Hotel are just under 25 m² in size and furnished with a double bed or two single beds. The rooms are air-conditioned and have a ceiling fan, a fridge, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV and a balcony as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. A family room with a large balcony offers a living room with dining table, a sofa, and a kitchen sink. Three adjoining rooms are connected to the living room. The upper floors can be reached by elevator.
