The hotel at a glance

The Pearl Hotel is a 3* hotel that combines functionality, friendly staff and reasonable prices. It is located about 15 kilometers south of the center of Cairo in the Maadi district, a residential area traditionally preferred by wealthier Egyptians and foreigners. Compared to the hustle and bustle of the city, the hotel is in a very quiet and safe location and is also just a stone's throw away from the metro station, where trains reach the city center in just under 20 minutes. The banks of the Nile are just a short walk away and the sights around the step pyramid in Sakkara and Memphis, the capital of the Old Kingdom, are only around 20 kilometers away. All of the hotel's rooms were extensively renovated in 2023.

The hotel is simply and functionally furnished, has a lounge, an à la carte restaurant where breakfast is also served, a roof terrace and room service. If you are looking for some culinary variety, you will also find a number of restaurants and snack bars in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, which offer a fairly decent range of local and international cuisine at fair prices. Right next door, for example, there is a restaurant serving Chinese dishes at excellent prices.

The rooms

The Pearl Hotel has 48 functionally furnished double rooms equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, a telephone, a mini fridge and a bathroom/WC with a spacious shower. The rooms are between 16 and 18 m² in size and were thoroughly renovated in 2023. Breakfast can be served in the room on request. Connecting rooms can be made available if required. Wifi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. Both rooms with twin beds and rooms with a double bed are available.
