The Sylvia Guest House is a guest house with five rooms located on the northern edge of the village El Beirat. The numerous attractions of Thebes West are only a few minutes away, while the center of Luxor on the east bank can be reached in about ten minutes by water taxi. Shopping facilities are available in various mini-markets in the village, where there is also an ATM.

The guest house is located approx. 700 meters from the banks of the Nile in a rural area with lush green fields and orchards. The guest house has a spacious lobby and a pool with loungers and seating. The kitchen is located right by the pool and serves breakfast, dinner and drinks (including local beer and, on request, local wine) under a shady pergola. Wifi is available free of charge throughout the guest house.

The rooms at Sylvia Guest House are quite spacious and furnished with a double bed (an additional single bed can be provided on request). Room amenities include air-conditioning, a fan, a flat-screen TV, a fridge, a sofa, a large closet and a bathroom with shower/WC. All rooms have a private balcony.
