The accommodation at a glance

The Villa Kaslan is a family-run apartment complex with ten accommodations, located about 500 meters west of the village of El Beirat, in a rural area on the west bank of the Nile. The numerous attractions of Thebes West are only a few minutes away, while the center of Luxor on the east bank can be reached in about ten minutes by water taxi. Shopping facilities are available in various mini-markets in the village, where there is also an ATM. Water taxis are also available there around the clock.

Approx. 800 meters from the banks of the Nile, surrounded by lush green fields, the complex is an oasis of tranquility with a pool that is open all year round. At the in-house restaurant, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the small dining room, in the garden or on the roof terrace with an unrestricted panoramic view. The kitchen also serves hot and cold drinks (including local beer and, on request, local wine). Wifi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

The rooms

The ten apartments at Villa Kaslan are quite spacious and available in a variety of layouts. The main building houses studios measuring approx. 35 m² as well as 130 - 160 m² apartments with two bedrooms. The studios are equipped with a double bed and a kitchenette with fridge, cooking facilities and electric kettle. They also have a furnished balcony and a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. The two-bedroom apartments additionally have a living room with integrated kitchenette and dining table. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. These apartments have two bathrooms with shower/WC and large balconies.

In addition to the accommodation in the main house, there are also two separate apartments with their own roof terrace to choose from. These apartments are furnished similarly to the studios and are approx. 60 m² in size (including roof terrace).

All accommodations are air-conditioned and have a fan and satellite TV.
