The Wadi Lahmy Azur Resort is one of the most southerly hotels by the Red Sea. It is located around 180 kilometers south of Marsa Alam and the transfer time from there is around two and a half hours. The resort is located just under ten kilometers south of the town of Hamata, on a vast lagoon with beautiful stretches of beach. The Wadi Lahami Azur Resort is particularly popular with divers, as the famous Fury Shoal reef chain stretches out in front of the resort.

The main pool with pool bar and a sun terrace is located in the well-tended garden of the Wadi Lahmy Azur Resort. A separate children's pool offers plenty of swimming fun for younger guests. Guests can also relax on sun loungers on the sandy private beach. At the Wadi Lahmy Azur Resort, guests are well catered for around the clock. You can help yourself to the sumptuous buffet at every meal. Snacks are available to satisfy small appetites in between meals and coffee, tea, pastries, and ice cream provide the necessary energy boost in the afternoon. The resort's entertainment team regularly organizes activities and evening entertainment. A nice place to end the day is the shisha lounge on the beach. The Wadi Lahmy Azur Resort is home to the Orca Dive Club Wadi Lahmy diving center. Divers of all levels and snorkelers alike get their money's worth there. Impeccable service and high safety standards are top priorities at the Orca Dive Clubs. In addition, the beauty of the Egyptian underwater world contributes to unforgettable diving experiences. The magnificent house reef can be reached directly from the beach via a jetty. It is also possible to dive from the boat. Early in the morning, guests are taken from the hotel to the harbor five kilometers away. They then board one of the Orca Dive Club's well-equipped diving boats. The trip to the excellent diving area of Fury Shoals, which is regularly visited in good weather, only takes about an hour. A small lunch is served on board in form of a lunch box provided by the hotel.

The Wadi Lahmy Azur Resort has 155 rooms spread over several two- and three-storey buildings. The buildings are fitted with traditional domed roofs so that they remain pleasantly cool in a natural way. However, if it gets too warm, air-conditioning will cool you down. Room facilities also include a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, a safe, a telephone, satellite TV and a minibar. Each room has a balcony or terrace with sea or garden view. The adjoining rooms with connecting doors are particularly suitable for families.

1. Solar eclipse mini liveaboard with one night on board a diving yacht*, incl. transfers to and from the boat, 4 dives or snorkeling, tanks, weights and guide, meals on board: full board, water, tea and coffee. Price per person: from € 599.
*On the day of the solar eclipse, the ship anchors along the central line of totality southeast of Berenice, where you can take a dive during the twilight phase or the total phase of the eclipse. Accommodation on board the boat is in simple cabins or on the sun deck under the sky (sleeping bag not included).
The minimum number of participants for the mini liveaboard is 6.
2. Solar eclipse in our "Eclipse Red Sea Camp" at the center line of totality, not far from Berenice, where the duration of the total phase is 6 minutes & 20 seconds. 3. Solar eclipse in our "Eclipse Desert Camp" directly at the spot of the maximum of the eclipse, about 60 kilometers southeast of Luxor, in the middle of the desert. The duration of totality there is 6 minutes & 23 seconds, the longest total phase of the solar eclipse on August 2nd, 2027.
